For 3 days now I haven't received any messages from Aupairs that I have been chatting with them. Is to do with scam protection?
Dear M Prax,
yes, that's right - due to currently being under massive scammer attacks, our scam prevention algorithm is now acting very sensitive and therefore also users whose behaviour is in some aspects close to the patterns of a scammer, might become temporarily blocked.
We then check every blocked user manually, and often can withdraw the banned status - as was the case with you.
Making connectAuPair a safe place for au pairs and families is of highest priority to us!
We are sorry that in some cases this temporarily also effects honest users and hope for your understanding.
