   I´d been contact by a London family for Au Pair and I´m from Mexico city  thank you

regarding the visa: To each country, you find a step by step guide in the respecitive country information on how to become an au pair in this specific country - also giving the details about the visa application process, the documents you need, etc.

Your question about a family being safe is basically the question about how to identify a scammer, right? As we recently had problems with scammers, I compiled an FAQ about how to protect yourself from scammers.
