Which country should I choose?

The question you ask is certainly interesting, although not among the simplest to answer.

Or perhaps, it is all too easy to give one.

Let me explain: there are as many answers as the experiences of those who preceded you, each one unrepeatable in its own uniqueness. And if it is true that different countries express peculiar characteristics, it is also true that each of us will interpret them through the lenses of his personal feelings.

My advice is as follows, identify a pool of countries from which you feel most attracted, immerse yourself in reading the Cultures & People pages that we have prepared to guide you virtually in the culture and daily life of the countries (we have prepared the cards carefully, without neglecting important details such as the cost of living). Once you have developed a special feeling for a country, do not stop, deepen the knowledge of the aspects that interest you most (if needed, with the help of our community and our team), eventually try to give your personal definition of "the best country", in the end, it's something only you can do.

I cross my fingers for you and, if you will have the chance to live the au pair experience, I invite you to share it with us on these pages. After all, when someone among us has a dream, we are always a little bit curious to know how the story ended!

quella che poni è una domanda certamente interessante, seppure non tra le più semplici a cui dare una risposta.

O forse, è fin troppo facile darne una.

Mi spiego: esistono tante risposte quante sono le esperienze di chi ti ha preceduta, ognuna irripetibile nella propria unicità. E se è vero che diversi paesi esprimono peculiari caratteristiche, è anche vero che ognuno di noi le interpreterà attraverso le lenti del proprio personale sentire.

Il mio consiglio è il seguente, individuàti i paesi da cui ti senti più attratta, immergiti nella lettura delle schede Culture & People che abbiamo preparato per guidarvi virtualmente nella cultura e nella vita quotidiana del luogo (abbiamo realizzato le schede con cura, senza tralasciare dettagli importanti quali ad es. il costo della vita). 

Una volta che avrai sviluppato un feeling particolare per qualcuno di questi paesi non ti fermare, approfondisci gli aspetti che più ti interessano (eventualmente anche con l'aiuto della nostra community  e del nostro team), cerca di dare un significato personale alla definizione di "paese migliore", in fondo solo tu puoi farlo.

Ti faccio un in bocca al lupo per la tua ricerca e ti invito, se avrai modo di vivere la tua esperienza alla pari, a condividerla con noi su queste pagine, del resto, quando qualcuno tra noi ha un sogno, siamo sempre un po' curiosi di sapere com' è andata a finire!
