questions to Country information rules and regulations working hours

Which rules (e.g. regarding working hours) apply for the working holiday scheme in Belgium?

I would like to hire an au pair in Belgium using the Working holiday scheme. Do I need to apply the rules that apply to a normal au pair visa (eg number of hours worked per day and per week)?

Regards, Family Belgium.

Hello,

in contrast to an au pair visa the working holiday visa also allows to work more hours for more money, but then this is a nanny job which means minimum wages, social insurance, tax, ...

Our recommendation: To be classified as an au pair job, the same rules should be obeyed as with an au pair visa.
