Who to contact for the paperwork and the placement agreement?

Hi,

I found a young girl who seems to be meeting my requirement as an au pair (and vice-versa) on aupairworld.

She is from South Africa and we live in La Réunion. But I don't know who to address for the paperwork (placement agreement, work contract, driving licence, etc.)? Could you place assist?

Thanks in advance.

Regards,

Nathalie

Thanks for your question. I believe that if you find the au pair on our competitor's webpage, they should be of assistance ; )
But because our mission is to bring au pairs and host families together, please find some information here below.
You will find all the steps here on our webpage: https://connectaupair.world/ci/france/steps/
To start, you will have to contact the Direccte : http://reunion.dieccte.gouv.fr/ (you can contact them using the following details: http://reunion.dieccte.gouv.fr/Nous-contacter,8384)
The Direccte is in charge to check the validity of your application.

In regards to the driving licence, the Préfecture is in charge : http://www.reunion.gouv.fr/ But it is possible to drive with a South African driving licence in France for a year. More details here: http://www.consulfrance-jhb.org/Echange-du-permis-de-conduire-sud-africain-contre-un-permis-francais-en-France (just don't believe to mention any changes to your insurance provider).

I hope all will work fine.

If you need more details, please come back to us.

Ciao Nathalie,

Cordialement,
Julien Baldini
